Most engagements are scoped as a fixed price after a discovery call, based on the defined requirements. For ongoing work or unclear scope, I offer monthly retainers billed at an hourly or day rate.
A landing page can ship in 1–2 weeks. A full platform (CRM, ERP, SaaS MVP) typically takes 6–16 weeks depending on complexity. You’ll get a realistic timeline before any commitment.
Yes — the underlying engineering discipline stays the same, but scope, documentation and communication cadence are adjusted to fit a two-person startup versus a larger organization.

Yes. Every project includes a defined support window after launch, with optional ongoing maintenance retainers for monitoring, updates and improvements afterward.
