Overview
ShieldPoint is a managed security service provider whose analysts monitored four separate vendor consoles to track client threats. We built a consolidated dashboard aggregating alerts, severity, and response status in one interface.
The Challenge
Analysts spent significant time context-switching between vendor dashboards, duplicate alerts across tools obscured genuine incidents, and clients had no single view of their security posture.
The Solution
We built an aggregation layer ingesting alerts from multiple security tool APIs into a normalized event schema, with deduplication logic and severity scoring. Analysts triage from a single console, and clients get a read-only portal showing their organization's live posture and resolved incident history.
