Overview

TrakMotive runs a fleet of rental vehicles across several cities and needed visibility into vehicle location, utilization, and maintenance schedules. We built a fleet operations dashboard integrating GPS telemetry with maintenance records.

The Challenge

Fleet managers had no real-time view of vehicle locations, missed maintenance windows led to breakdowns during active rentals, and utilization reporting was compiled manually at month-end.

The Solution

We integrated GPS tracking hardware data into a live map dashboard showing vehicle location, status, and utilization. Maintenance schedules trigger automated alerts based on mileage and time thresholds, and utilization reports generate automatically for each branch.
