Overview
BrightPath is a regional college network needing a single portal for prospective students, enrolled students, and faculty. We designed and built a responsive web platform replacing three legacy systems.
The Challenge
Admissions applications arrived via email and physical forms, grade publishing required faculty to email spreadsheets to a registrar, and students had no self-service way to check fee dues or timetables.
The Solution
We delivered a single Next.js portal with role-specific views: applicants track admission status, students view timetables and grades, and faculty publish results directly. Fee payment integrates with a payment gateway, and notifications go out via email and SMS for key deadlines.
