OrbitalWorks is an early-stage startup that needed a working product to validate its team-collaboration concept ahead of a seed funding round. We scoped and built a lean MVP in an aggressive timeline focused on the core workflow loop.

The Challenge

The founders had a strong concept but no technical cofounder and a hard deadline tied to investor meetings. Feature scope needed constant discipline to avoid slipping the launch date.

The Solution

We ran a tight, weekly-sprint build focused only on the core collaboration loop: shared workspaces, task threads, and real-time presence. Non-essential features were deliberately deferred to a post-funding roadmap, and the app was built on a stack chosen for fast iteration rather than long-term scale.
