Overview

CuraNest is a mid-sized private hospital group running four facilities on disconnected paper and spreadsheet workflows. The engagement delivered a single hospital management platform covering admissions, bed management, billing, and pharmacy inventory.

The Challenge

Patient records were duplicated across departments, discharge billing took hours to reconcile, and pharmacy stock-outs were discovered only at the point of dispensing. Leadership had no cross-facility visibility into occupancy or revenue.

The Solution

We built a modular ERP with role-based access for reception, doctors, pharmacy, and finance teams, backed by a centralized patient record. Bed and ward occupancy update in real time, and billing auto-generates from treatment and pharmacy line items. A nightly reconciliation job flags discrepancies between pharmacy stock and dispensed quantities.
