Overview

WrenchWorks is a manufacturing enterprise with staff spread across several facilities in different states, running payroll manually in spreadsheets. We built an HRMS covering attendance, leave management, and multi-state payroll processing.

The Challenge

Payroll calculations varied by state compliance rules and were done manually each cycle, attendance was tracked via biometric devices with no central rollup, and leave requests were approved over email with no audit trail.

The Solution

We built an HRMS that ingests biometric attendance data centrally, applies state-specific payroll rules automatically, and routes leave requests through an auditable approval workflow. Payroll runs generate compliant payslips and statutory reports per facility.
