Overview

TerraCraft Builders runs multiple concurrent construction sites and had no consolidated way to track material costs against budget in real time. We built a construction ERP covering procurement, site material tracking, and subcontractor billing.

The Challenge

Site material usage was logged on paper delivery slips, cost overruns were only discovered at month-end accounting close, and subcontractor invoices were manually cross-checked against work completion.

The Solution

We delivered an ERP where site supervisors log material deliveries and usage via a mobile-friendly interface, feeding a live budget-versus-actual view per project. Subcontractor billing ties to milestone completion sign-off, reducing invoice disputes.
